Tandoori styled food is a way of cooking similar to a BBQ. A "Tandoor" is a clay oven where food is roasted in like the following entrees. Some food, like the breads, are actually pressed against the inner side walls of the giant Tandoori kiln oven. The oven itself is shaped like a giant clay pot. | |

Tandoori Chicken | Tandoori Chicken Tikka |
