Gulab Jamen	Rasmali
An Indian delicacy. Made from milk dough, fried golden brown and served with a honey-saffron syrup.	Homemade Indian cheese with milk, almonds, and rosewater.
Mango Pistachio Ice Cream
A specially prepared treat of cool soft mango flavored ice cream with nuts and a mango topping. Taste is similar to a sherbert, but creamy and a little sweeter.
